Ticket Types
Weekend Passes: (VIP and General Admission) are available in Tiers based on purchase date listed in each Tier’s description. Each Tier offers a lower price than the subsequent Tier, so purchase sooner than later to get the lowest price.
General Admission Passes include:
- Entry to all Splash Bash 2024 Main Events (Military Masquerade, Heat Wave, Circuit Circus and Cool Down)
- Secure Bag Check at all Main Events
- $200 Value (Based on single event ticket price)
VIP Passes include:
- Priority Entry to all Splash Bash 2024 Main Events (Military Masquerade, Heat Wave, Circuit Circus and Cool Down)
- Invitations to two additional events, exclusive to VIP Passholders
- VIP Welcome Reception (complimentary drinks and light snacks)
- VIP DJs & Dining Experience (opportunity to dine with event DJ’s and Performers)
- Secure Bag Check at all Main Events
- Access to separate VIP Bathrooms, Private Bar and Seating Areas at both evening events (Military Masquerade & Circuit Circus)
- Priority Access to lounge chairs with early admission (10:30 AM) to both daytime pool events (Heat Wave & Cool Down)
Single Event Tickets: (General Admission Only) are available online or at the door through the end of each event.

2 Ways to Book:
Via Phone:
- Call the hotel: 623.352.7272
- Let them know you are booking Sept 13-15 for Splash Bash to get the $109/night special rate.
- The hotel will collect your information and email you a confirmation of the reservation.
- A credit card is required for the reservation but is not charged until check-in. No pre-payment is required.
- Check-in starts at 4 PM on September 13th. We will see you then!
Online:
- Click here or below to open the booking site for Splash Bash.
- The link automatically selects 2 nights, checking in on Friday 9/13 and applies the Group Code "2409Splash".
- A credit card is required for the reservation but is not charged until check-in. No pre-payment is required.
- Issue: Unfortunately, the system is not able to apply the discounted rate of $109/night we've negotiated for 2-night reservations.
- Solution: Complete the reservation at the higher rate, and the hotel will be adjusting the rate for 2-night reservations with the Splash Bash Group Code prior to check-in.
- You can also contact the hotel right after booking. The front desk staff can adjust the rate immediately and send confirmation.
Room Options:
When booking there should be two options:
- King Room with Pool View
- Double Queen with Pool View
Most rooms on the first floor have a patio facing the pool area (no pool access).
Most rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor have a balcony overlooking the pool.
The hotel will do their best to accommodate individual preferences but cannot guarantee them.
Cabana Reservations
Cabanas & Daybeds
Cabana & Daybed reservations are available to all guests.
- There are a variety of Cabanas and Daybeds. Refer to the descriptions when making a reservation for details including cost, capacity and features of each.
- Cabana and Daybed reservations do not include event admission, a separate ticket is required.
- All Cabanas and Daybeds include dedicated servers.
- The reservation times are:
- Heat Wave – 11 AM to 6 PM (Saturday)*
- Cool Down – 11 AM to 3 PM (Sunday)*
*VIP Weekend Passholders reservation times start at 10:30 AM both days.
Cabanas include:
- Dedicated, covered space with curtained walls, providing an option for a more private retreat.
- Dedicated server ensuring you and your guests do not have to leave the comfort of the cabana to get food and beverages.
- Additional features and varying capacities of the venues’ 3 different cabanas are outlined in the descriptions of each in the ticketing section.
Daybeds include:
- All daybeds can accommodate 2 people comfortably and include an umbrella to be opened or closed at your request.
- Dedicated server to bring your food and beverages so you can continue to enjoy the comfort of your daybed.

Important Information and Reminders
- BJ Events, Ion Arizona, The Monarch, our Staff and affiliated Sponsors welcome all to our events and encourages individuality. We promote a safe space to spend with friends and peers. Discrimination and hate come in many forms, none of which will be tolerated. We will, with love, remove anyone who violates this policy.
- BJ Events, Ion Arizona and The Monarch value safety and security and take measures to ensure it at our events. Our on-site security and event staff are focused on ensuring all Attendees feel safe and the venue is protected. All Attendees are subject to entry screening for weapons and any items which may pose a risk to other Attendees (All Bags are Subject to Search).
- This is a 21+ Event: Valid ID Required. All attendees must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) upon entry. Failure to provide proof of age will result in denied entry with no refund.
- Drugs can be dangerous. Please make smart choices and refrain from public consumption of illegal substances.
- Personal Belongings - We will provide a secured bag check service, free of charge to all Attendees.
- COVID-19 Notice: Attending this event involves inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. If you are concerned about this risk, please do not attend. We encourage vaccination and boosters, but ultimately, as an adult, it is your responsibility to assess your own risk tolerance. There is no mask mandate at this event.
- BJ Events, Ion Arizona, The Monarch and our Staff reserve the right to deny service and/or remove any Attendee at any time.
- Early Purchase (Tier 1) Pricing Ends at 11:59 PM on 08/31/2024.
- Advanced Purchase (Tier 2) Pricing Ends at 11:59 PM on 09/12/2024.
- Total sales of Early Purchase (Tier 1) and Advanced Purchase (Tier 2) may exceed capacity at one or more of the venues spaces.
- Early Purchase (Tier 1) and Advanced Purchase (Tier 2) Passholders, respectively, will have entry priority over attendees with a Single Event Ticket in the event of tickets being sold out or if any event space capacity is reached.
- Tickets can be purchased at the door, subject to availability and capacity.
- ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS AFTER PURCHASE
- Non-paid Tickets (Complimentary, Give-Away, Transfer, etc.) are not eligible for upgrades, promotions or additional benefits.
- Credit Cards will be accepted. Tabs will be opened and secured with valid payment cards.
